I don't drink as much water as I should. I don't drink a certain number of glasses or anything. I usually drink water with meals and most of the times when really thirsty I drink water. Several times in a week DH and I will split a can of soda so I don't drink tons of soda but we do like tea so we make that sometimes also.

when i make cayenne pepper lemonade drink..i drink alot of water. but lately cus of some teeth problems and neck and back issues...not so much...i try to drink tall full glasses of water when taking meds, vitamens, but i count my coffees and teas as water also ....
just a tip...drinking room temp or slightly warmer is way for ur body to reap the benefits of drinking the water.

Not nearly enough and mainly because our water tastes horrible and we're always out of jugs of water. I need to get one of those big culligan things put into our house, or a filter back on the fridge would be good too lol.
I use a Clear2O pitcher to filter--the Brita and PUR filters just taste bad to me. Most days I drink 2-3 of my water bottle (700 ml). Today I only did one so far but I had a cranberry Sierra mist and some milk (not at the same time ) so that sort of filled me up I have laundry still to do, though, so I'll refill my water bottle and probably drink at least one more
