I heated up some fish sticks and tater tots for lunch and of course Lily immediately came over and begged, but I didn't give her any of the fish in case of an allergic reaction. I know shellfish is the seafood most commonly associated with allergies, but would white fish or salmon do that, too?

Also, she loves eggs and I also hear that is another potentially dangerous food, but not before I already had fed her several spoonfuls. She did fine though. My gut is telling me eggs are fine for her. Fish, I am undecided on. She has not had any reactions to anything table food wise I've given her, except for these massive poops lol. I guess that's normal lol.

Food allergies do not run in the family, although one fairly distant cousin is allergic to nuts.

Have you ladies introduced any kind of potentially dangerous foods to your little ones?

Jordan has had trout and he loved it! I don't care for any other type of fish so that is all I have offered him. He has also had a taste of my PB&J. He liked that as well but it was such a small amount- no reactions

Jordana eats everything. She's had a little crab and her own plate of fish. She tastes chocolate and has had peanut butter and jelly.

Riley has had every kind of seafood except shrimp. Its too tough to eat right now. She has had crab, mussels, clams, oysters, black sea bass, grouper, mahi mahi, blue fish, tuna and so many more. We are a seafood eating family and love it. She has also had peanut butter and eggs. The only thing she is allergic to is milk proteins and that just constipates her really bad and gives her gas.

Emma has had seafood with no problems. She's had crab and fish from fish sticks.
