Caeden eats leftover meals for snacks mostly, but sometimes he gets bananas, raisins, tomatoes (his favorite!), cheese, or an avocado. We aren't big snackers here and if he is hungry I prefer he eats something with some protein in it to fill him up. He eats a solid 3 meals a day plus a few snacks.
It depends. I'm a hard core grazer and DH is a full meal person and Nara seems to take after me so we're always eating something small. We tend to nosh on fruit, veggies, bread, eggs, rice, noodles, and leftovers.
What snacks do you give your LO? bananas (he LOVES nanas), crackers, grapes, puffs, apples, pretzels, cheerios, cheese sticks, cereal bar
How many time a day does your LO eat (solids not breast or formula)? He eats 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and 3-4 snacks a day. He EATS a LOT and since he keeps eating his meals, I give him snacks too. He's so tiny, I'm trying to give him food when he's hungry.
My kids are big time snackers so I be sure they're at least healthy snacks. Carson is not picky, he loves fruit and veggies, he basically eats whatever I give him. He eats about 3 steady meals ontop of those - we share oatmeal for breakfast (I mix some puree'd veggies into his) and then lunch is usually left overs and dinner.
