I took the kids to see a friend this weekend and we went to a place called Monkey Joes that is several bouncey things for kids to jump on. The kids really enjoyed it. My 2.5 year old was a lot braver than I thought he would and he crawled right up the inflatable ladders and down the slides. Madeline of course just jumped in the small toddler area but she did pretty good for her age I thought. We have a small inflatable that the kids bounce in ... in our basement but they really enjoyed it and it was nice to get out for a bit yesterday. Today was a lazy sunday but still got a few things done around the house.
I feel like we never stopped moving this weekend Saturday was swim lessons for the boys followed by a factory tour (to see F150s being built) followed by a museum LEGO exhibit. Today was back to the museum to see the LEGO exhibit again and so Sterling could do a meet and greet with a LEGO Master Builder and get his autograph and more of the museum. It was tiring! But the kids had so much fun
Saturday was doing things around the house and then we went out in the evening. Sunday was a lazy day here and then birthday party for DH's nephew at chuck e cheese. Kynslee had a lot of fun and was her first time there. Then we went to inlaws and just talked while Kynslee played and showed off for grandpa and grandma
Saturday the boys had a kids workshop in the morning then we had some shopping to do, grabbed a pizza on the way home. Sunday we spent the day outside working on my oldest sons science fair project. We made a big dinner last night and stayed up late watching the walking dead!
