I try to keep things as close to their actual time as usual. If I adjust to things being an hour earlier things would be hell. That would mean she would be going to bed at 6-6:30 again, and waking up at 5 in the morning. So bedtime is still 7-7:30 and wake up time is still 6 on weekdays...and around 7:30-9 on weekends. It's been going ok....because it happened on a weekend it was easier to make the adjustment. It was more like sleeping in, and then regular schedule again now for the week. I'm so happy that Reagan is finally able to stay awake until 7-7:30. It makes it so much easier to go out and do things when we need to....and not have to leave everywhere by 5 to get home.
I really do not like the time changes at all, I wish it would just stay the same all year round. I'm not doing so well with the change, since I work until midnight, my body still feels the 1:00 in the morning thing, and Rebecca is now waking up an hour earlier, so I feel like I've lost 2 hours of sleep for the last couple of nights. I know it will take a few weeks to adjust.
