I am SO excited and relieved I could literally jump up and down like a little kid!!!

I've been torn and upset for the last month about Christmas. We're broke. We're never broke for Christmas because we have a Christmas account so we get a nice chunk of money to go shopping on Black Friday.
Well that chunk of money went to bills.
So Ive been just depressed because I've been thinking there would be no money for a gift for my mom.
While browsing home made ideas I came across tons of recipes for homemade body scrubs and lotions, facial treatments, etc.
So I'm going on a search for cheap containers and am going to make my mom a spa box.
I'm SO excited!!!!!
Good thing I buy olive oil, coconut oil, and stuff like that in bulk.

OH! And SIL up north is giving me a pile of tins so I can give the rest of the family homemade edible goodies.
Im just so happy now!!!!!

Yay! That's a great idea! And look at the dollar store for containers, I've seen some there that don't look too cheap either.

OMG Brittanie, remember the pounds lost/pounds to lose jars we made in BL?? Well I got my jars at the dollar store! They're glass with a pretty, white lid and the perfect size for body scrub and body butter!!!

And I can even pick up more glitter stickers to decorate and label the jars

I love the idea! I made a sugar scrub for my mom with olive oil, sugar and a couple drops of lavendar and it came out smelling really good and it makes your hands super soft. It was also just stuff I had lying around the house so I didn;t have to go out and spend any money. I can't wait to hear how it turns out!
