I like this one because it doesn't have you bake it in water and I totally forgot to put the sauce in it when I made it and it was just as divine!!! White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Recipe - Allrecipes.com

Here is the one I use- it's very easy & very good! I like my cheesecake the simple way

MOM’S CHEESECAKE
CRUST:
8 whole (rectangular size) graham crackers, crushed fine
1 Tablespoon sugar
6 Tablespoons melted butter
1 Tablespoon flour

Stir together and pat into 9 inch pie pan.

BLEND TOGETHER:
2-8 oz. Philadelphia crème cheese, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
¾ cup sugar

Beat well and spread on cracker crust.
Bake 20 minutes in 325 degree oven. Do not bake longer than 20 minutes!
Cool in refrigerator.
Cover with cherry pie filling if desired
