Is there anything you use that snaps LO out of a tantrum or bad mood even for a second and makes them laugh?

For us it's the Gummy Bear song. My dad found it on YouTube and my niece used to be mesmerized by it. Tristan is the same way. When he is throwing a tantrum or crying I pull it up really fast, play it and he stops in his tracks. It works for diaper changes too until he presses the home button on my iPhone and exits out lol!

Layla loves to be twirled around and to dance in our arms. When she's Ina bad mood, it usually puts a smile on her real fast

Usually if I hide behind something and peek at her. She will crack a smile and calm the *** down. She sometimes calms down if I kiss all over her neck and ears and cheeks. Other times, she keeps saying nooo noooo until I stop!

LOL Awww, Brynlee is a cutie pie! When Mya is pissed there is no calming her down until she feels she has made her point! LOL Nothing works, when she feels like screaming and crying she does it and doesn't stop until she's ready. Most times if I pick her up and console her she'll calm down fairly quickly if she is really upset. Shh-ing really low in her ear calms her down when she's whiney but if she's pissed nothing works.

Little rose LOVES this song!!!! She has been all about it lately, even trying to take my iTouch to watch it. K used to love it too when he was little.

Basically cuddling with her is the best way out of her grumpy moods.

If I tickle him under his neck, that works to improve his mood for mild tantrums. The really bad tantrums have to fizzle out on their own. We usually just ignore him.

Nursing does it most of the time. Sometimes tickling, it really just depends what he's upset about.

She just gets more irritated with tickling, lol. We usually play peek a boo.

Baby's First Sounds and Baby Santa from Baby Einstein. If I offer to let her watch either she stops crying.
