Not mine, and I won't be rushing it lol. They'll be using toddler beds at daycare once they go to the toddler room. I can't wait to see how that goes. I guarantee both of my kids won't be napping anymore.

Not me & I'm hoping I have another 6-8 months. Have you heard about my baby boy? Yeah. He doesn't need the freedom to go traipsing around the house after hours.

Girl, I LOLed at this. I just pictured X just wandering around the house. Making himself a bowl of cereal, coloring on the walls, going to use the potty, LOL

Will isn't ready. He is still ALL OVER the place in his crib. On the nights when he is sick and I take him to sleep on the nice, big couch with me, he ends up upside-down, backwards, and at my feet within a couple of hours. He's a crazy sleeper, so no bed for him just yet.

Lol. I can too! He'd accomplish all the work he tried to put in during daylight hours at night. That I'm sure of.

No way! If I could I'd keep him in his crib until college. Tristan would never sleep if he had free range to get out of bed

I'm just so happy to have a kid still in a crib at 18 months that I'm leaving him there for as long as I can.

Both my girls were climbing out of their crib by this age so I was forced to put them in a toddler bed so they didn't hurt themselves.

Avery is in a queen sized bed. she moves a ton, I can't imagine her in a single. She has never slept in her crib (well for a couple months when it was side-carred). I actually like that we did it this way because we will never have to go through the crib to bed transition.

Heck no, I am going to keep her in there until the next one absolutely needs the crib. At the moment she is still all over the place and constantly playing with her toys when she is in her room - I can only imagine her doing that in the middle of the night if she were in a bed!

You guys might be surprised. Avery does not get out of her bed. When she wakes up she stays in her bed and cries until someone comes to her. But maybe that is because she has never been in the crib so she doesn't have the "omg freedom!!!" feeling.

I just changed Alexis' crib to a toddler bed. She does fine in it, this is actually a little late for us, my second was in a toddler bed at just over a year old. She doesn't put herself to sleep and we go get her as soon as she wakes up from naps and in the middle of the night, so we don't have to worry that she'll just wander around the house. It really doesn't change anything for us, except that we can now lay down in the bed with her and it makes it easier for my husband to put her down once she's asleep.

I was just thinking last night that its almost time to get a bunkbed in his room and ditch that crib and change table. I might keep him in his crib a bit longer since he's my last baby. I moved the twins at 18 months and they did well, but I had to knock out their naps

She's been in a toddler bed since 10 months. doing great . she sleeps from about 8-8, and doesn't wonder around. Usually bed time is very easy as long as she ha her "baby".

you have been making me think about this too.

little rose doesn't sleep in a crib, and won't unless she is dead out when we put her in it.

M switched to a bed at 20 months and K was about that too. I'm thinking I may try her in M's trundle bed and she how she does.

Zachary is still in his crib/in bed with us. We put my DD in a toddler bed at 14 months, and she did great. Sometime in the next year, we'll put her in a twin, and Zachary in the toddler bed.
