Do you unplug appliances when not in use, recycle, make your own wipes, use cloth diapers or family cloth, etc etc.?? What else do you do that is green?

Hmm, I guess we aren't very green at all since we don't do any of that.

We will be living with my brother for a couple of months starting next month while we go through the home buying process and they recycle. So I am sure we will get used to it there. I never think about it. :/

DH leaves lights on ALL THE TIME. I am the one who constantly turns them off when not in use.

We use cloth diapers, but not cloth wipes. We recycle just about everything. We end up having more recycling to be picked up than regular trash. We do waste electricity a lot though. Most computers are never turned off and someone is always leaving a light on. I try to be conscience of the lights but other people in this house? not so much.

I am not green enough, there is a lot more I could do. We recycle cardboard and bottles, but not plastic, paper or glass.

I started using cloth diapers again.

I am good with lights, but I don't unplug appliances.

I try to be careful with water, but could be better.

We do pretty well, we use cloth diapers, cloth wipes, I bought prefolds to use for paper towels, we dont buy paper plates or napkins, we recycle as much as we can, and do well with turning off the lights and leaving a few things unplugged. We use to make our own laundry soap and dishwasher soap but Everett broke out horribly with it so we had to switch to something gentler on his skin. And the dishwasher soap wasnt the best.

I could be a lot better.

I use cloth diapers, cloth wipes, and do family/mama cloth part time. I do recycle bottles but usually burn cardboard. I am really good about not leaving lights on but not very good about unplugging appliances when not in use etc.

We could definitely be better at all of it. We do recycle but that's about it.

I use cloth diapers and wipes, un-paper towels, and recycles more than half my trash. I have a programmable thermostat that has certainly helped lower my electric bill. I don't unplug appliances like I should, though.

Somewhat. We have two big recycle bins that are full each week, are great about turning off lights and water when not in use, donate things instead of throwing them away, use a steam mop instead of the swiffer, use cold water to wash clothes except for whites or heavily soiled clothes, and I'm sure there is more, but I can't really think right now.

I could do better. I use cloth diapers and wipes. I turn off lights and stuff when I'm not using them but generally don't unplug them. i haven't been recycling because it's hard enough for me to take trash to the dumpster by myself with Alex. When dh gets home i will start recycling again.

We use cloth diapers and wipes, I use mama cloth, we recycle several things (paper, glass and metal - what our recycling center takes), we use a lot of reusable products instead of disposable, I use all natural cleaning products, and we use a lot of natural remedies (is that green?)
