Katelyn is pretty good except for her infatuation with tooth brushing. It's driving me batty. Currently, my toothpaste is mia

Oh and the chair incident ......but that's another post.

Melted his boot on the fireplace
melted two toy cars on the fireplace
peed on my chair
stomped in dog poop on purpose
always climbing his sisters toy kitchen
threw his favorite toy behind the crib so I have to rearrange the whole room to get it out.
Ripped a couple books
pushes the buttons on the water dispenser thing
dumps all the toy boxes
threw all the shoes off the shoe rack

I'm sure there is more

Carters favorite is to pull all the clothes out of the dresser and things out of the desk.

I think the better question is what has he not gotten into recently! I'm telling you this boy never stops! I had no idea that kids could get into as much as this boy does, my girls were never like this. I can't even contain him, he climbs over gates, gets out of cribs and playpens and can get out of the straps on his highchair.

Empties toy buckets
Climbs on anything and everything
Knocks everything over so it's upside down
She dumped a glass of pop I left out all over my beige chair last night
Grabs and runs away with cell phones, tablets, remote controls, etc
Demands to watch Elmo 24/7 and freaks if she doesn't get to

*sigh*

Painted his hand twice , then made handprints on his jeans.
Made teeth imprints all around the edges of one of my work out DVDs. It won't play.
Broke several keys off of Layla's computer keyboard.
Got into the headbands, broke several, & stashed them under the bed for later.
Scratched everyone in the house with a jump rope handle.
Took some of his wall letters off & pulled off the buttons.
The usual fits.
The usual hitting.
The usual throwing things down the stairs.

Bit his crib
Climbs over our baby gates
Pretty sure he threw his baby monitor in the garbage
Hides his sippy cups
Jumps on the couches and my bed
Pulled my jewelry box off my dresser the other day and right after I put everything back in it he pulled it down again when I turned around! (because he climbed up onto the dresser in like a second!)

Haha, aren't they great!? Yeah I tell you, this boy... he is a whole different thing compared to Kaitlyn when she was this age. All I have to say is to all the ladies that just had a boy after your girls (not saying girls can't be difficult too... BUT) HAVE FUN! LOL

Yeah, I think we got spoiled with Layla. She was an angel.
I'm not sure if she was the normal one or he is the normal one. I wonder daily if this is just the way toddlers really are, and we just got lucky the first time around.

OMG some of your stories are so funny, though I'm sure it's not funny when it's happening. Jacob is pretty tame compared to some of these boys. He's becoming very melodramatic lately. Whenever we tell him no, he collapses onto the floor like some actress in a cheesy movie. He climbed onto our dining room table, but that's nothing compared to some of these things!!

oh man Rae......you have a carbon copy of my ds. Katelyn is a SAINT by comparison! He was the same way right down to ripping off keyboard keys and chewing on dvds. If he acts like Houdini and you can't keep him behind a gate, in a crib, or in a playpen, they might be little clones or something.
Id like to say it gets better but.....well, mine hasn't.
Let me know when he uses a sharpie on your couch and/or makes pancakes (complete with syrup and smashed eggs) on your living room carpet!!
Maybe that's I don't think much of what Katelyn does is mischievous or naughty. She's so tame compared to DS!

It's not just boys that are terrors lol. I told dh that if we have another child that's worse than this, i might just jump off the nearest bridge.

Climbing EVERYTHING. Especially the couch. Including the kitchen table.
Standing on everything she climbs.
Freaking out when I take her down off stuff.
Drew on the bathroom wall with bath crayon.
Drags every single thing out from under the bathroom sink every single time we go to the bathroom.
Dumps out every container of anything she can find (toy box, baby wipes, laundey baskets, drawers, ect ect).
Tore the space bar off my laptop.
Steals my computer mouse any chance she gets.
That's the short list lol.

And last but not least. Got into my box of adult toys. Turns something on full speed then brings it to me and says "wat dis?" (needless to say that box is now on a very high shelf)

hahahaha I am cracking up at all of these crazy kids.

I guess mine is not so bad! She does get into the cat food and then I hear her say, "Eeeewwww". Yesterday, she stuck her hand IN our dog's mouth trying to get her ball back. She screamed at him, "MY BALL!!!" Mind you...this dog is HUGE. He didn't bite her, but he did growl at her. Of course, I put him back outside in the rain after that. But I warned Brynlee NOT TO GIVE HIM THE BALL!!

The biggest, annoying thing she is doing right now is taking her pants and diaper off. She only does it when she peed "too much" or pooped, but she doesn't even give me a chance to get to her. This morning, I was in my bathroom doing my makeup for work and she pulled her pants off and then was working on getting her diaper off. Uggggh. And yes, she had pooped. Luckily, nothing spilled out on my bed, lol

She dumps her toys everywhere, but that doesn't bother me because she cleans up when I tell her to...usually.
