Just an idea for weight loss that worked great for me...
I am a SAHM and daycare at the gym is expensive and the class times suck around here and I am just not a gym, exercise kinda gal. I started doing zumba for kinect at nap time, noticed right away I was losing weight. I was however fairly discouraged by the inaccurate calorie counter. Some days it would say I burned 800 cal's some days it would say 50... and it was always one extreme or the other. So I bought a Heart Rate Monitor that has built in blue tooth to use with my phone. It was sooo much more accurate (at least I believe) and really helped me say yes to half a piece of cheesecake or no to any sweets for that day I also wore it for a full 24hrs and got a good idea of my standard cal burned in a day. (fyi, just for sleep was over 600 calories! )
