It was good! This one calls for Shrimp, which I don't like...so I made it differently to suit us: Dirty Brown Rice with Shrimp | Skinnytaste

I used a full pound of beef and a full package of skinless sausage. I add more cayenne and Louisiana hot sauce to mine after I make Brynlee's plate.

I made a meatza. Basically it's pizza but with ground beef instead of crust.

Hahah my husband has many flaws but he is an amazing cook and likes to have home cooked meals almost every night the week! When he goes back to work in two weeks ill loose about 10 lbs I don't have time to cook most of the time.

Ground beef is a favourite here!
Honey garlic meatballs? Ground beef, pasta with a sour cream stroganaff sauce? I agree with tacos, yum! How about taco salad? Chili? Thick chili with shredded cheese, sour cream and lettuce is delicious in a wrap.
