6-9 months, or 12 months it depends on the pants. She had a pair of 12 months on this morning, and I had to change her, because they kept falling down.

24 months/2T. She has a few 18 months she fits but most of the 18 months are too short

18 months. Some are too big, but 12 month are too small (except one pair of jeggings). She wears 18-24 month in Old Navy.

9 months or 6-12 month. Sometimes I put her in 6 month pants, but they're getting too short (and it's not warm enough for capris yet)

6-12 if they are long enough. But, she's gotten taller recently & 12 months are mostly too big at the waist. We've had warm weather so capris and shorts and skirts have been our life savor recently! Today She's actually wearing a pair of 3-6 months brown pants. The waist is just perfect and the length is just tad short but not at all noticeable. I think they run big though as most 3-6 are way short if they are pants.

When the weather is warm, I'll put too short pants on Iz if the waist still fits--looks like she is wearing capris
