I'm very ticked right now.

I ordered a dress online for M for her outgoing pageant. I specifically requested it be shipped via UPS. The seller shipped it another method that will take 1-3 weeks longer!!!! I am so mad right now.

I'd be emailing them and asking them how they plan to rectify the situation. At the very least you should get any money you paid for shipping back. I'd be annoyed too.

No fun Dee!! That's soo frustrating! Did you contact the seller? Will in arrive in time at least or do you also have to get another dress?

Today has not been a good day so far - from waking up earlier then normal to Kynslee being a grump and also constantly getting into things. I finally put on an Einsteins video so I can relax

I've contacted the seller and am awaiting a response. The dress wouldn't be here for the photos (means I have to find something else for her to wear) and should be here by the pageant. I wouldn't have much time to do any alterations though - like days at best.

And now I get to take M to the dr for her cough. Poor girl keeps getting sent out of class because her coughing is disruptive.

No fun!! Hope she gets to feeling better and that it's nothing bad.

Kynslee is down for her nap now. I wish I could take a nap!!

Alex walked nearly a mile today with me. The last mile or so home on my walk I let her out of the stroller to walk and explore a little. I'm also working on her learning to stay/walk near me and to hold my hand when I tell her. She did really good.
We went to the park for a few minutes too. It was absolutely empty when I got there, and as soon as I go her out of the stroller literally more than a dozen people/kids showed up lol. That's my luck.

Alex is is coughing all of a sudden. :/ I hope she's not getting sick. I've really lucked out with her staying well for so long, I know her getting sick is inevitable, but I really don't want the streak to end now.

Good Morning!

The dressmaker will ship with UPS!!!! we get this in a week.

Dr thinks M has an allergy drip going on. So, Allegra twice a day with nebulizer treatments 3+ times a day. Not sure we're going to be able to do more than 2 if we wait at least 4 hours between treatments. However, she did sound better last night when she went to bed. He said if she's not better in a week, then it's probably a sinus infection and I will need to fill the script he gave us yesterday.

Good luck getting your dress in time.

It's official, our house is for sale the sign is on the lawn and the lockbox is on the door. It's all feeling very real now.

We all have a cough here, too, and Sterling got sent home from school because his ear hurt so bad--he has another ear infection :/

Good luck selling your house!

Good luck selling your house!

Hopefully everyone is feeling better soon. Alex didn't cough at all today so I guess it was just a last night thing.

I think i'm actually going to plant stuff in the patch I have next to patio. I dont really have much of a green thumb but i'm tired of looking at the sad looking 5x5 ft patch of rocky dirt.

Good luck trying to sell the house!

April - That's exciting! you should plant something. I need to get planting too. I am not much of gardener type either but I am going to try. I have so much space to grow things but just don't really know how. I did buy seeds though!

Kaitlyn has a runny nose today so I'm not taking her to preschool. I am supposed to go drop off a pair of guinea pigs to a new home so I might do that at some point.

K negotiating nap time:
K: I think that if I don't get up and go to my mommy's bed then I don't have to have nap time.
Daycare: what does you going to your moms bed have to do with nap time?
K: it just does
Daycare: ummm I don't think so you still having nap time.

I love the rationale...

lol lovely child logic Dee.

I talked to my mom about the dirt patch and she gave me some suggestions, so this weekend I think I'm gonna go buy some stuff to work on it. If nothing else, just cleaning it up a little will look better.

Good luck with your dirt patch. There's one at my new house too that I'm going to have to do something with. If you figure out how to make something grow, tell me because I have a very black thumb.

I have a black thumb too so we'll see how that goes lol. I'll probably put some cheap plants in it so I'm not out much when they all die.
I figure Alex can run around and "help" when I'm working on it.
