Crock pot BBQ ribs over white rice and steamed veggies.

Tomorrow will be homemade cheeseburger pizza

Thursday is shake n bake chicken thighs with mashed potatoes n gravy, steamed carrots and corn

Friday is whatever the kids want day, my day off so no planing needed lol

Saturday is pea soup!

And Sunday is stuffed pork chops with snow peas, corn on the cob and stuffing

I have to plan ahead since I'm working most days and I don't get home until 4:30. The crock pot has been my best friend lol

That sounds really good! How do you do it? I have a good meatloaf recipe that the family likes, but am wondering about bacon wrapped and cupcakes? Do you cook it in cupcake pan?

Monday we had Pork steak, leftover homemade mac & cheese, corn and squash.
For the steak I just let soak in some brown gravy mix and minced onions. Then DH grilled them halfway until we ran out of gas out there and stove-top cooked the rest of the way. They were delicious and my first time trying this!

Tuesday was pizza. The local pizza place has a thing every year that they do $5 pizzas every Tuesday night of April - they are voted the best pizza in Sacramento area. I also bought some fresh garlic stuffed cheese sticks.

Wednesday - probably some time of venison(deer meat). Maybe cook in a roast or pan fry with jalapeno ranch.

Not sure about the rest of the week. Probably left overs and Friday night we have a birthday party so whatever they serve there.
