Not any of the kids....me!

I'm not exactly sure what is going on, I just know I'm in a ton of pain. With my last two pregnancies I had pelvic separation and had a very hard time getting around and doing everyday things. I thought once I delivered everything would go back to normal. Well, with Cody's delivery he came down very quick. I went from 3 to 10 in 45 minutes and he crowned immediately when I got up off the bed to use the bathroom. I have a feeling something inside me was damaged. Ever since my lower back hasn't felt quite right. Now that I'm back at work and sit down all day long, I can't take the pain anymore. And the drive to and from work is killing me. It's a constant dull ache and is tender to the touch. When I get up and sit down the pain is sharp and takes my breath away. I've been to so many doctors for the kids and their ear problems that I just suppressed this and told myself it was nothing. But I'm going to the doctor Monday because I really can't function. I have no idea how they are going to treat this if it is in fact broken. Going to try and find a donut pillow to sit on in the meantime.

So my x-ray was normal! I know something is still wrong though. The doctor called DH instead of me with the results! I'm supposed to take two Aleve per day. Yeah ok. I don't really consider that a game plan.

I hope they can help you !

I have broken my tailbone twice, once before David was born and then again at his birth. Mine still hurts when I have been sitting for too long or when it rains or is cold.

During my labor with my older son I actually dislocated 3 disks in my lower back (#2,3,4) and it took about 2 years to completely heal. Sorry you are going through that. Back pain is the WORST.

What did the doc say? Was he able to help at all?

He's sending me for an x-ray. At the local hospital you can just walk in, no need for an appt. He had me lean forwards and pressed on all different parts of my lower back - OUCH!

Going for an x-ray tonight. Last thing I want to do after working all day. I'll update once I know more.
