Yes, we do. He will get one warning (unless it's something really bad that he already knows is bad to do) then walk him to the spot. Set his timer. He does the time then comes out to say sorry and hug.
Yep, one warning except for physical violence, then I tell her why she's getting a time out and put her in her spot.
I explain again why she had a time out when times up and she usually has to give brother a hug and say sorry. 95% of her time outs are for hitting/scratching/throwing stuff at A.
