He says full sentences a lot - it's just so garbled I can't understand him. I know HE knows what he's saying.

Madison says a lot of "sentences" but only she knows what she is saying! The one I can understand is "where'd that go?" And she puts her hands up with it!!! Or yesterday she looked at her dads spot in bed after he had left for work and said "where'd daddy go?"

Not really sentences I can understand, but he "talks" all.the.time just in his own 'language'. I can understand mostly single words. But he does say stuff like, "whatizza?" (what is that?)

This is really "new" to me in the sense that my middle daughter could sing Twinkle Twinkle and ABC songs at 16 months

Same here - my oldest spoke VERY clearly at 1 1/2 but Cody and Emily are much different. It's kinda strange because my oldest didn't have any siblings to learn from, yet Cody and Emily did...

Pea says... "Baby crying?" <--- way cheaper than a baby monitor. She can hear him when I can't!
She says.... bubbles. I know that's not a sentance but it's a new word! And she can say jump

J does put words together now too. Last weekend we were at this playland thing and there's a kid bungee-jumping kind of thing next to it. J sees the kid on ropes being raised into the air and points and says, "You SEE that?!" Hahaa. The lady next to me was like "I totally understood that!" LOL

The rest are all very common ones... bye dad, I get, you get, don't touch, etc...

& Julia... I totally know what you're saying. My first could have conversations at this point, sing songs, recite his ABC's, his body parts, colors, pick out his right & left feet... all before two. Jason is like ..ehhh.. don't rush me. I want to play with this crazy big brother.. we'll chat later Ma.

Gio does string 2 words together, not huge sentences but definitely a few small "phrases"

Eve has strung sentences together. Not many, but they do happen! I thought maybe I was hearing things, but nope, she's said it time and time again
