I've been thinking about trying potty training with Will pretty soon. Have any of you used any kind of a program successfully? A friend recommended something called a 3-day bootcamp. I haven't looked it up yet and I was wondering if there was anything else out there?

I've heard good things about potty training boot camp. I haven't tried it, though.
I really just introduce the potty, let them sit on it with clothes, take them to the bathroom with me as often as possible, then sit on it naked before baths and eventually they get the hang of it. My kids have all trained before 2 years and 9 months, James being the earliest and trained at 23 months.
Kynslee isn't quite ready for full potty training yet. But I do let her sit on the potty. Sometimes she tells me she needs to go the bathroom but she just sits on the toilet and then immediately wants to unroll the tp So, we are still working on getting her really interested first.
I've dealt with potty training others though when nanny / baby sitting and also at daycare. But, I've just done what Rachel says she does. Haven't tried or heard of the training boot camp. The little girl that I nanny for I almost fully potty trained her as I was with her a lot of the day one on one. If I knew she needed to go the bathroom but wouldn't relax enough to actually go, I'd read her a story or we'd sing (anything that helps them relax and get their mind off trying to get pee / poop out). And often she'd end up going. Before long she was going on her own and trained
They are working on it at daycare so we follow the same model...just letting him take the lead right now. With another baby on the way, potty training is low on my list. It's just another mess for us right now...maybe by Jan or so he'll be more ready.
