Thanksgiving was nice-ish. My husband has a huge family with tons of kids, so that part was stressful. Everybody wants to do something, and if we don't participate, we get snarky comments and dirty looks. But it was nice to have 4 days off with my kids, so that was worth it!
I'm a thanksgiving snob, in that I love the traditional meals. Mashed potatoes with gravy, rolls, stuffing, candied yams, cranberry sauce... all of that! I love to eat, so this is a good holiday for me. LOL.
Will doesn't really have a good palette yet, so he just nibbled on a roll.

We had two Thanksgiving dinners my husband moved to North Dakota a few months ago to work in the oilfields and as the new gut, he gets to work the holidays so he flew home the week before and my parents did Thanksgiving for him then they did another on actual thanksgiving
I'd say the big hit this year was my homemade cranberry sauce--kids ate it with a spoon and didn't leave any behind
We went to Brother In Laws house with my hubby's side of the family. Just a small but fun gathering. Kynslee enjoys her boy cousins so she had a blast playing with them for hours. K wasn't a big fan of the turkey until I gave in a put some ranch on it for her.
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday and I also enjoy the traditional food - not sure what my favorite was though.
