I see you have two close in age. I think thats why I am in such shock (happy shock) right now. Tell me about what its like... I was very sick with my first (entire pregnancy), with my second it was bad week 6-10. I am so nervous I wont be able to nurse and be pregnant. Sorry, silly worries, just needed to ask b/c I see you have two close in age
I love them so close in age! I wasn't able to nurse throughout pregnancy but I don't really think it was because I was pregnant. You should have no problem nursing throughout, just make sure you are eating and drinking enough. All 3 of my kids self weaned about 7 months. When I got pregnant with DD1, DS was 5-6 months old. It is tiring in the beginning of the pregnancy but I didn't think it was too bad. I just laid down a lot and watched him play with toys. The last few weeks of the pregnancy was rough because I wasn't supposed to be lifting him, so we were home bound unless DH was with us for the last month or so. I wouldn't change the age spacing for anything though. It was tough when DD1 was born for the first few months until we got into a routine, but once we established a routine it was smooth sailing. They are so close and play together all the time. One of them seems lost if the other is not around.
