Other than running after my toddler (if i'm upstairs, he wants to be downstairs or outside and if i'm downstairs he's upstairs) pretty much nothing so far. We finally got a break in our 100+ weather this week. Riley and I went swimming at my brother's house a couple times prior to that but that's it. I was the same way with Riley. Too much activity made the nausea stronger so lying in bed was the answer LOL. Not possible with a 3 yr old. I finally got the tubes replaced on my bike last night so I'm gonna ride my bike and pull Riley in the trailer while hubby jogs. We're heading out in a bit here.

It's been so incredibly hot here that I haven't been getting nearly the amount of exercise I was getting before I got pregnant. Our weather also broke yesterday and we're out of the 100s. We went to the park for a nice walk this afternoon. It was so nice to get out of the house. I also chase and clean up after four children and a husband.

I have been feeling way to sick to workout. That and my energy is nonexistent. So congrats to those who are up for it. Hope you stay that way, maybe you can share some of that energy with me?

Pre-pregnancy I was running three times a week and doing yoga once a week. I had to cut the yoga because it's a hot studio, and I've been running/walking 2-3 times a week, I wish I ran three days a week, but I don't always feel up to it. I need to add more walking, but it's so **** hot.

I did a 4.3 mile mud run the day before I found out I was pregnant and we did a family 5 k a couple weeks ago I was trying to keep up with running/walking everyday outside but then the heat kicked in. We are lucky that we have a treadmill so I have been using that after DD goes to bed. I have been keeping up with walking and the occasional job mixed in. Can't wait to get back outside though I do a lot more walking then on the boring treadmill. It is hard to keep up now that I am so nauseated but I really don't want to gain as much weight as I did with DD so that keeps me motivated..

I was running about 25 miles a week until I did something to my foot last week. I've gone on two walks this week that I had to cut short because my foot hurt too bad I think I need to get it checked out. I really miss running and DS is getting stir crazy since he's used to coming with in the jogging stroller.

I walk almost daily. Chasing my kiddos isn't quite enough activity for my body.

Im still doing sit ups, I want to strengthen my core as much as I can before I cant do sit ups any more. I try and do 100 a day, but in reality it more like 3x a week.

I swim everyday and walk between 1.5 and 3 miles a day. Once my kids go back to school on the 20th of August my walking will double in distance, but other than that not much else at the moment

Once the MS kicked in at 6 1/2 weeks, I was really not up for anything. I suspect that some of my weight loss was just muscle mass since I went from 5 days a week of intense exercise to casual evening strolls now and again. I get out to do a bit of gardening, but as others said the heat makes me exhausted so quickly.

I will be talking to my doctor this week about how best to safely ramp back up the exercise once the MS is gone (please! please! please!) after doing nearly nothing for a month. Until I can consistently eat more I wouldn't want to do much more than I am because I really can't lose any more weight.
