Hands down, I'd want a new house! We are in an apartment...on the third floor! That won't be fun here in a few months when I'm huge.

Normally I think I'd say house but after spending this past week in a beach house in the outer banks, I'm going to have to say vacation home.

Vacation home. We are on vacation in CA right now and don't want to go back to reality. Sun, relaxing and good family time. That is so worth it:0)

As much as we need a car, I would choose the paid for house. We LOVE our house and have only been here six months (We own.), but to not have the monthly mortgage payment would MORE THAN leave us enough to buy any car we could want (exception of the extremes like Ferraris, etc.).

I'm going to say house.
We have a house right now thats fully paid for, but we know we will need to move in the next 5 years. With 2 kids everyone will have their own room and it will be fine. With 3 kids, this house will be too small. I don't know how we will be able to afford to move though. Not having a 3rd kid is not an option. LOL...we will find a way.

Hmmm I WANT all three...but even though our house is only 3 years old, I want a new one. It's too small for our expanding family and I would like more land. I will probably get a new vehicle before we get a new house though. A vacation house is long down the road!

Hum, just got a truck last year, and a different car, both 4 door, love our house and the property, we do pay some rent to my dad, but no biggy, don't want a vacation home, would rather go camping.
So I'm going to say either a new 5th wheel camper, BIG!! We have a big dually truck, so gotta go big, lol, or a new barn with attached indoor arena. We are a serious outdoor lovers and horses are my business, we train and show them, plus give riding lessons, so being in Michigan an indoor arena is a must!

New house for sure. Our was perfect for the one kid we had when we bought but for three kids...we need a bit more space.
