So when did you first start feeling baby move? For the past two days and all I have felt this very light movement in my stomach. It is always in the same spot and just feels like little muscle twitches inside. Not sure if maybe it is just gas or actually te little baby.

I started feeling little bubbly movements at around 12 weeks. Yesterday and today I got definite little kicks! It reminds me of my last baby, he kicked me hard at 14 weeks. It makes me wonder if I have another feisty little boy in there.

I felt this baby for the first time about 5 or 6 days ago. It sure was little baby moves and not gas. My first was always really active right as I was going to bed. Turns out I felt this one move as I was trying to go to sleep as well. <3

The earliest I have felt any of mine was 16 weeks and it was during an ultrasound. When the baby kicked I saw it on the screen and felt it.

The nurse and doctor actually asked me last time (15 weeks) if I'd felt her move yet, but I'm guessing they didn't actually look at my file beforehand to see that I'm a FTM. (One of those things I really love about my practice -- the inability of anyone to be actually familiar with my case before they see me. ) None of the descriptions make sense to me. "Butterflies?" That sounds like when I get nervous. "Flutters"? I call that gas. And when I really try to concentrate on it all I can feel is my own pulse. DH put his ear to my belly last night and claimed he heard something. "It was really steady, not like a passing gas bubble." Yes, dear, that's called my heartbeat.

Soon, hopefully.

I don't know. You would think with my 3rd kid I would know for sure when I feel movement, but I have been so gassy this pregnant it is hard to tell if it is gas or the baby. I feel something, just not sure which it is lol

I've been feeling a few movements off and on this past week. the only reason I know for sure it was baby was of how different it felt to me from the rest of my normal tummy feelings. it was a very strange, popping/twitching feeling in a place that i normally don't ever feel anything. It was so different that I was even a bit taken off guard at first, like "what on earth was that?!" then I realized it had to have been baby! I can't feel it unless I'm laying down pretty still, though.
