Doing lots of stretches and lots of walking. We have horses, so I always atlest go with DH to do chores and still do some of them myself.

Moving and unpacking! My exercise increased tenfold with all the walking around and lifting/shifting boxes. Now, it is just a matter of keeping up the momentum for the next couple weeks. I noticed Maggie doesn't "hang out" quite as much when I am more mobile.

Working and chasing a toddler! Lol I'm on my feet a lot as a teacher and we stay busy on the weekends. I don't think I need to add in anything extra.

I havent really done too much. But, I have been trying to walk alittle more. We dont have any where to really walk around the neighborhood due to curvy mountain roads. But, Ive been walking up and down our long drive way alittle bit. I may start going to the walk track at the park not far from my house.

Been walking with a little running. Also, have been working out at the gym working the upper body and doing some squats and leg work outs. Always get some funny looks but, I just smile at them.

Just chasing a toddler and nesting LOL. I quit running a couple months ago since I was having trouble getting enough calories, I figured I shouldn't be burning extra...

I was doing my aerobics 5 days a week, squats (to stretch the birthing area) and pelvic thrusts. Then I hurt my foot really bad last week and haven't been able to do much. I can't hardly walk. :/

I'm still doing pelvic thrusts, just not as much.

Just chasing the kids and nesting. Going up and down 2 flights of stairs all day is exhausting.

I have been exercising regularly until my 35th week. It's helped tremendously. I had a lot more energy throughout the day. This past week I've been sick and haven't done anything. I have to admit that I'm less motivated as I'm getting closer. My cesarean surgery is in 6 days.

Nothing extra here. Work, cleaning, and caring for my 3 and 4 year old keep me moving.

I was up until earlier this week walking 3 miles a day but my OB has says that needs to stop as the exercise robs the placenta of oxygen and since my placenta is already at stage 3, well she would prefer that I let it get as much oxygen as possible, so since I do need to actually make that walk to bring my kids to school, her and I compromised and since I actually need the car to go to appointments 2x a week I drive the kids those days so now I only walk the 3 miles 3 days a week (sometimes 2 like this week since DH has every other Friday off) instead of 5. Other than that, just standard household stuff, cleaning, ect.
