Has anybody started working out yet? How is it going?

I have started just working my abs. Don't have the energy to do much else. Now that hopefully I have gotten Jacob's belly issues (hopefully) under control, I'm hoping to have some more energy.

I thought I'd start a weekly workout check in and we can check in daily with what workouts we are doing for the day. If anybody is interested.

The only thing I am doing so far is walking. Hope to start other work outs soon.

I had been walking while waiting for the ok to do more. I got the ok so last night I did a post baby work out video. it felt easy but i am so out of shape I am still sore lol.

I don't get my okay until next week. But then I will be starting in with power walking, clog dancing, and zumba!

I got my OK yesterday! So far all I've done is go to the ice rink today and did about 10 minutes of skating. So out of shape!

I walk to the local coffee shop and back with Cole every weekday. DH and I go to the gym every MWF night after Chase goes to bed. MIL watches Cole. I have been doing the elliptical for about 20-25 minutes and then some weights. I will increase my elliptical time and intensity as I get in better shape

I do the kettlebell almost everyday but nothing else :/ like you i have no energy amd i start bleeding again if i do too much. Im 5 wks pp

I get on the elliptical for 30 min 3-4 times a week .. ill do more once im in better shape!
