I am only 11 postpartum so I obviously have not started doing any sort of workout. However I have dropped 23 pounds, most of which was water weight. I knew my extremities were swollen, but I had no idea to what extent. I gained 45 pounds during my pregnancy so I still have 22 pounds to lose, but I am feeling so much better.

Anyone else losing the water weight?

I think alot of what I lost in the beginning was water weight. The weight fell off at first but now has slowed down.

I think a lot of what I lost was water weight. The last time I stepped on the scale which was Wednesday I lost 40 pounds. I was 3 weeks pp then.
