I started weight watchers 2 weeks ago and I have lost 2lbs a week since then for 4 lbs total. I don't feel deprived or really feel like I'm on a diet. They give you so many points when you are a breastfeeding momma that you get to eat lots of food. And I love that fruit and fresh vegetables are 0 points so you can eat lots of those.
if your having trouble losing those last few pregnancy pounds I definitely recommend weight watchers. I have 11 lbs left to lose so hopefully it will take me 6 or 7 more weeks and I'll be back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
