Hope you all had great weekend!!

This morning I did a 50 minute circuit workout with my high step. It was great, really worked the rear end!! And tonight I'm going to shoot for 20 minutes of abs.

Breakfast was eggs with whole wheat toast, lunch will be egg salad with a bowl of vegetable soup (it's cold here so the soup just hits the spot) and dinner is going to be pork chops with carrots and green beans. Snacks will be bananas and grapes.

Mmm, that soup does sound good.

Today is a light "Tight on Time" total body workout DVD. My back is upset after landing on my tailbone in last night's hockey game, so I'm taking it a bit easy today.

No good Carolyn! Hope your back feels better quickly!

Since I know I can do the distance of a 5K I'm trying to get my times down. My goal is to walk the 5K in 45-60 minutes. So I'm doing a training program where I only walk 30 minutes a day 4 days a week and 60 minutes once a week. Today was one of my 30 minute walks- I did a little over 1 1/3 miles (to hit my goal, I need to do 2 miles in 30 minutes). I have plenty of time to reach my goal, it's just a matter of picking up the pace.

Breakfast was oatmeal, lunch was 3 tacos from Taco Bell, dinner was leftover vegetable beef soup, snacks were cheese stick and trail mix.

Carolyn I hope your back is feeling better today.

Marjorie sounds like you've got a great training plan. I know you can do it!!

today was a 50 minute step aerobics workout and tonight I'm going to shoot for some more abs. I did just a little bit of abs last night. Jackson kept trying to jump on my stability ball so I spent most of the time trying to make sure he didn't hurt himself or throw the ball into the tv..lol.

Breakfast was ham and cheese omelet, lunch is going to be potato soup, yummy!! and for dinner we are having herb and garlic pork chops with sweet potatoes. I love easy night where we just grill pork chops. Makes life easy.

Good job, gals!

I'm taking today off. The back is a bit better but not as much as I'd like.

Melissa, those pork chops sound delish! Carolyn, hope you back feels even better tomorrow.

30 minute walk again. It was actually a bit chilly this morning on our walk, I may have to walk later in the day to stay warm.

Breakfast was sausage and pancakes (DH wanted breakfast this morning), lunch was a ham and cheese sandwich with sliced apples, dinner is going to be spaghetti squash with meat sauce, snacks were a granola bar, and pretzels.

Marjorie that spaghetti squash sounds really good. I've never tried it but think I might just have to.

Carolyn hope your all better today.

I took a rest day today. I did some heavy weights on Monday and for some reason I was really feeling it this morning and just not up to working out.

For breakfast we had omelets with green peppers, ham and cheese, really good!! Lunch is chicken salad sandwich and for dinner we are having rosemary chicken with beans. Snacks are grapes and bananas.

I hope so too! Still have a tweaked muscle, but other than that, things seem OK. I'm going to finish up my breakfast and then go do an arms and shoulders DVD workout.

Today was a 50 minute HIIT and Circuit Workout plus I'm going to do some abs tonight, hopefully. I didn't do any abs last night, it was just too darn busy around my house trying to get everybody bathed and put to bed.

for breakfast I had eggs with tomatoes and whole wheat toast, not sure what lunch is going to be, I'm going to a seminar so hopefully they have something kind of healthy and dinner is going to be a pork tenderloin with rice and green beans. Snacks are grapes and cantaloupe.

Today was a total body DVD with a resistance band. I'm also doing a lot of foam rolling since the back is still tweaked.
