Hope you all had great weekends. We had alot of rain so we stayed inside.

This morning I did a 50 minute step aerobics DVD and tonight I'll try to fit in some abs if I can find the time.

Breakfast was omelets with mushrooms, tomatoes, ham and cheese, lunch is chicken salad sandwich and for dinner we are having applesauce pork chops (new recipe so we shall see if it's any good).

I had a hockey game last night and I scored a goal, yay!

Today Kira and I are going for an easy walk with the mom's group. I'm fighting off a cold so I hope there's not a lot of elevation.

Yay for scoring a goal!!! Hope your cold is better today. How's Kira feeling? Better I hope.

This morning I did 55 minute bootcamp workout!! And tonight I'm going to do some horizontal conditioning, maybe if I can find the energy.

Breakfast was eggs with whole wheat toast, lunch is egg salad sandwich with black bean soup and for dinner we are having turkey burgers with mixed vegetables!!!

Kira's feeling much better, but my sore throat is worse today. Going to take a rest day and hopefully nip it in the bud.

Carolyn how are you feeling today? Better I hope. And glad Kira is feeling better. It's terrible to be sick and have a sick baby both at the same time.

This morning I did a 55 minute circuit workout. I'm proud of myself. Lately by Wednesday I've just been too tired to workout but I manage to get one in today.

Breakfast was eggs with whole wheat toast, lunch was egg salad sandwich and for dinner I am making some seafood soup with shrimp and crabmeat, hopefully it will be good.

Today I did a 50 minute total body weight workout and boy was it hard!!!

For breakfast I had an omelet with tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese, lunch was black bean and corn soup and for dinner we are having pork tenderloin with carrots and rice!!
