Hope everybody had great weekends. Did we lose Marjorie? I don't think she has checked in with us in a while. Marjorie hope your doing okay.

Carolyn did you have any hockey games this weekend? How did they go?

This morning I did a 55 minute circuit workout and tonight I'm going to get in a little bit of horizontal conditioning.

For breakfast we had omelets with green peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese and ham. Lunch is egg salad sandwich with soup. And for dinner we are having chili with ham and cheese sandwiches. Snacks today are grapes and apples.

No hockey this weekend; there was a practice on Friday night but I didn't go. We had out of town family visiting so I slacked on working out at the end of last week.

Back at it this week, though! Today, Kira and I are going to go check out a nearby open space preserve that supposedly has a decent stroller-accessible trail. It's close to our house but I've never been there.

Took a rest day today. We had a crazy day yesterday and I was really tired today. Yesterday some kid at Jackson's daycare picked up a doll house and flung it across the room and wacked Jackson in the head. Well it put a gash in his head and bled like crazy. I took him to the dr sure that he would need stitches but thankfully he did not. So after that day I was worn out.

The one good thing was I was so tired last night that DH made dinner. It was so nice to have someone cook for me for a change. Maybe I can convince him to do it atleast once a week. I doubt it but it's worth a try.

tonight we are having pork chops and carrots that I'm sure I'll be cooking. Breakfast was eggs with whole wheat toast and for lunch I am having left over chili from dinner last night.

Yikes, that's scary about Jackson! Glad he didn't need stitches after all.

Today was a 50 minute circuit workout and tonight I'm going to try to do a DVD called the Ab Shredder. We shall see if it will shred my abs, I doubt it..lol.

Breakfast was eggs with toast, lunch was some more left over chili and for dinner we are having pork tenderloin with green beans and carrots.

I did a total body weight workout this morning!! Maybe some abs tonight, not sure yet if I will have the energy.

For breakfast we had omelets with ham, cheese and mushroom. Lunch was some more chili and for dinner we are having chicken, green beans and parmesan cauliflower.

Good job, Melissa!!

I'm super sore from Stroller Strides yesterday. Our usual instructor had another appointment so we had the second gal, and I made the mistake of thinking "oh, she's not as hard as our usual instructor!". HA HA HA. We did like 23842398047875023475024375034875 pushups and today I can't move my pecs.

Anyway, today I did a short 10-minute total body Pilates with resistance band DVD just to keep loose.

Sounds like you had a really hard workout yesterday Carolyn. I am slacking this week. I took another rest day today.lol. Just too tired to get motivated to workout.
