DH finally got back from Japan on Saturday and I was so glad to have him home. Makes me really appreciate all that he does when he's out of town.

This morning I got up and did a 50 minute circuit workout and tonight I'm going to do some Horizontal Conditioning. I figure I better workout hard this week because next week will be a bust plus all the Christmas food I'll be eating.

Tonight we are having Pecan crusted salmon, rice and green beans. the salmon is so good.

I did an ab and leg work out this morning. probably just 20 minutes but it was something . my abs still hurt from the last work out haha I can tell I was slacking. tonight I will be eating chicken baked mac n cheese and some sort of veggies. soo not the healthiest ever but not awful.

Your dinner sounds really good Jill. I'm sure Elijah loves it.

No workout this morning. For some reason our alarm clocks didn't go off so we woke up really late and had a crazy morning. I'm going to try to do a short ab workout tonight after I get the kids to bed.

we are having a pork tenderloin basted in pineapple preserves tonight. I've never made it before so not sure how good it will be.

No workouts here. We were at one set of grandparents' for the last few days and will be at the other grandparents' for the next week. We'll do some walking and etc but no actual workouts.

Hey Carolyn. glad you are checking in. I was beginning to wonder where you were. Hope you guys are having fun and getting some rest and relaxation.

This morning I did a 30 minute HIIT workout plus 30 minutes of horizontal conditioning, very hard and lots of fun.

Dinner tonight will be leftovers from Tuesday, pork tenderloin with a pineapple glaze, with sweet potatoes and green beans. I love eating left overs, makes my life so easy.
