I don't know about you all but I have definitely gotten off track due to the holidays but today I got up and worked out and got back on track.

I did a 55 minute circuit workout which contained tabata's. Don't know if you know what those are but basically they are 20 second of really hard work then 10 seconds rest, then repeat, very hard but were lots of fun and I really felt worked when I got done. Tonight I'm going to try to do atleast 10 minutes of abs.

Breakfast was an omelet with mushrooms, ham and cheese with whole wheat toast, lunch will be chili with a turkey sandwich and for dinner we are grilling a pork tenderloin with green beans and rice.

I have gotten way off track! I have only been walking a couple of times a week. Starting today I'm going back to every day because I have until March to train for my first 5K and May for my second!

I have been really good with eating because JR eats what we do and I don't want him eating junk! Breakfast was oatmeal with raisins, lunch is going to be veggie soup (homemade), and dinner is going to be grilled burgers with sweet potato fries. Snacks are going to be homemade yogurt with homemade granola and peaches and orange slices.

Tabatas are awesome! So hard, too!

I'm getting back into workouts, too. We went to Stroller Strides on Monday and today I did a full body workout DVD.

This morning I did a new workout that DH got me for Christmas called Tabatacise which had more tabata's. Really hard but lots of fun, then I did some weight work for my back and a little abs.

Glad everybody is getting back into the swing of things. The holidays make it so hard to keep up with workouts, especially if you are traveling.

For breakfast I had eggs and toast. I am having more leftover chili for lunch and for dinner we are having leftover soup from New Year's day. It was turkey sausage with potatoes and beans, really good. snacks are apples and grapes.

Marjorie, yogurt with granola sounds so good!!

Melissa- I make our yogurt and granola because I'd go broke buying it! Everyone in the house eats a ton of it. We seriously go through 2-3 quarts of yogurt a week!

Today, I power walked 2 miles up a huge hill in my neighborhood. I'd have gone more but JR is teething and wants to be held constantly. I'm not crazy enough to carry my 22 lb son up a 30 degree hill while pushing Allison in the giant double stroller!

Breakfast was oatmeal with raisins, lunch was Taco Bell taco salad(Allison's request!), and dinner is going to be spaghetti with meat sauce. Snacks didn't happen today because JR wouldn't let me put him down!

Today was a total body weight workout.

Breakfast was an omelet, lunch is the last of the homemade chili, and for dinner we are grilling out steaks with baked sweet potatoes.

Marjorie teething has been bad at our house also. Jacob has been in alot of pain lately and he likes to be held all the time also.

I'm slacking on my workout today. Kira was up a lot last night (maybe also teething?) and my back is sore, so I'm taking a rest day.
