I am finally feeling better, yay. The flu really stinks. This morning I got up and did a 55 minute low impact HIIT workout plus some horizontal conditioning. I only did a few minutes of the horizontal conditioning so I'm going to try to do about 15 more minutes tonight.

For breakfast we had omelets with mushrooms, cheese and ham with whole wheat toast. For lunch I am having left over homemade soup that I made this weekend with a chicken sandwich and for dinner we are having spinach and artichoke chicken. I got a new cookbook by Hungry Girl so I'll be trying some recipes from it this week.

Hopefully everybody else is feeling great on this Monday.

So glad to hear you're feeling better!

Last night I had a hockey game. Our team won 8-2! No goals for me though I did get an assist and had a very good game overall.

Today is Stroller Strides.

yay for winning your hockey game. Are you going to teach Kira how to play?

This morning I did a bicep and tricep workout with some abs and boy am I already sore.

Tonight we are grilling out some herb and garlic pork chops. Some of my favorites, I can't wait.

Today was cardio leg blast plus some abs.

Tonight we are having another new recipe from my Hungry Girl cook book. It really has alot of great stuff. Tonight we are having chicken with apples.
