Hope everybody had great weekends. We didn't do much just run some errands and then hang out and relax at home. it was nice not having alot to do.

This morning I got up and did a 55 minute circuit workout and tonight I'm going to do some abs after the boys go to sleep.

For dinner tonight we are having sloppy joes, although I use a recipe from cooking light so they are pretty good for you and not as bad as regular sloppy joes.

Low key weekends are the best!!

Yesterday I had a hockey game in the morning and then ate a ton of crap at a Superbowl party.

Today was Stroller Strides.

Yesterday was a slacker day for me. I was just too darn tired to sleep. This morning I did a cardio leg workout and tonight I'm going to do some abs.

Jacob slept all night in his bed last night from 9:00 until 5:00 this morning. Of course at 5:00 he was ready to rock and roll. I could not get him to go to bed last night though so I let him cry for a few minutes. Lasted about 5 minutes but I swear that was the longest 5 minutes of my life. Do you ever just have to let Kira do that? I always want to go in there and get him and comfort him but DH always makes me wait atleast 5 minutes and usually after 5 minutes he is asleep.

Ha, yeah, I do that all the time. I usually wait about 10 minutes; last night was 15 minutes. I can usually last longer than hubby does. I can tell she's not hurting or upset, though, she's just crying because she's tired.

I've found that if I let her cry for 10-15 minutes and then go soothe her, she's worn herself out and once she falls back to sleep she stays asleep most of the night (obviously with the caveat that I don't let her cry if there's an actual issue like a diaper or teething pain).

Exercise-wise, today was Stroller Strides again.

We had another good night last night. Jacob slept in his own bed again and slept from 9:00 until about 6:00. He only cried for a few minutes and then went right to sleep. I hope he keeps this up.

This morning was a circuit workout.

Hooray for Jacob!!

I'm slacking again today. Normally I'd do Stroller Strides but we have midday guests today and I wouldn't have had time to shower and get dressed...so I'm slacking instead.
