No workout for me yesterday or today. Not sure about tomorrow. We've had that darn stomach bug. Jackson got it first then gave it to me and DH. Jacob hasn't had it thankfully and hopefully he won't get it. I'm finally feeling better but thinking it may be Thursday before I'm up for working out again.

Booo! Definitely make sure you're hydrated before working out again. That stinks!

I had a co-ed hockey game last night. We lost 3-6 but I played pretty well, so I can't complain.

Feeling better today but no workout. I have been drinking gatorade like crazy. That is what I always want when I'm not feeling better. I'm finally back to eating normally and my appetite has returned so hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to workout. And thankfully Jacob seems to have escaped this bug. I don't think he's going to get it.

I'm slacking on working out this week. I've had appointments in the mornings, so no Stroller Strides. Hopefully I'll be back on track soon.
