Hope you had a good weekend. We had beautiful weather and got my garden planted!!

This morning I did a 50 minute circuit workout and tonight I'll do some horizontal conditioning.

for dinner I am making chicken pot pie in the crock pot. I just love getting home and dinner is ready.

I love my crock pot, too!

Yesterday was a rest day here. Today I did an arms and shoulders DVD workout (no hockey game tonight).

This morning I got on my treadmill and did 5 miles. Maybe some abs tonight.

Tonight we are having chicken parm. One of my favorites.

Not sure what I'm going to do for a workout today; we have house painters in all week so I can't use the TV room for my workout DVD. Maybe Kira and I will go for a hike this afternoon.

Did a 45 minute pilates DVD this morning.

Tonight we are having brown sugar glazed salmon.

Hope you and Kira have fund on your hike. I'm sure she will love it. How's her little bum doing? Is she pooping less?

I wound up doing a FitDeck workout in our bedroom yesterday. I love my FitDeck; it had been a while since I used it.

Today I'm going to try Stroller Strides. I haven't been in three weeks due to a combination of contractors needing to meet at 9am and then Kira has been napping right at class time. But today I'm going to try shifting her nap an hour later and see if she does OK. If not we'll go back to skipping class for the time being.

Her butt is MUCH better. She's back to just having one normal poop a day, and the rash is almost completely gone! Whew.

Brown sugar glazed salmon sounds REALLY good.

So glad that Kira little butt is better. I know how terrible that is for baby and momma.

Hope Kira does okay with pushing her nap back. Jacob has a hard time when we have to do something during his nap time. he gets very grumpy.

This morning I did a DVD called tonique. Took me about 50 minutes, it is a circuit workout that is high impact and uses very light weights, like 2lbs.

Tonight we are grilling out some steaks. Looking forward to that.
