Hope you had a good weekend. Ours was very busy and so was my Monday which is why I am just now getting this started.

Yesterday I did a 50 minute circuit workout plus some abs. This morning I got up and did a dreambody workout which is a mix of cardio, weights and pilates. A really hard workout.

Here is a great website for some easy and good recipes. http://www.sixsistersstuff.com/p/new...-index_22.html I have made several of their crock pot recipes and really liked them. tonight I am making the black bean and corn salsa chicken in my crock pot, so you should definitely check it out.

I guess I'll chime in here! Some friends of mine convinced me to join a gym with them. The best part is they're open 24 hours so I can workout after James gets home and the kids are asleep.

I took a spin class on Monday- it was totally not my cup of tea! The environment was cool, black lights and loud music, but the excercise was boring. I felt totally uncoordinated! Tuesday, I did circuits with arm excercises (because my legs were so sore!) and walked on the treadmill. Wednesday, I took a Zumba class and loved it! It didn't seem like working out, it was way fun! Tonight I'm going to walk on the treadmill and ride the recumbant bike because I'm still battling some soreness from that dratted spin class. Overall, I like the gym and Zumba but my friends are on their own for spin!

Hey Marjorie!! I haven't seen you here in awhile. Glad that your doing great working out and how nice to be able to go workout after the kids are in bed. I have to get up super early if I'm going to workout so I can do it before they wake up. I'm just too darn tired to try to do it at night after they go to bed.

This morning I did a 50 minute total body weight workout.

tonight is my favorite night of the week, leftover night!!

I've done a whole lot of nothing this week. I was out of town Tues and Wed and have been fighting a cold or allergies or something...so I've been slothy.

Melissa, if I got up any earlier (before JR) I wouldn't sleep! He's an early bird and I'm a night owl, so I love getting my workout in after bedtime.

I'm skipping the gym tonight because my car needs a new headlight (burned out) and James didn't get home until almost dark.
