Hope everybody had great weekends. We had Jacob's birthday party and I'll post some pics as soon as I get some more time.

This morning I did a DVD called Tabatacise which was basically just a bunch of tabatas plus I did some horizontal conditioning which as long as I've been doing should be getting easier but it is definitely not getting any easier.

for dinner tonight we are having baked fish with green beans and carrots.

I continue my sloth-like week. My in-laws leave tomorrow, which is a bummer but at least then I'll have my routine back! I have a hockey game tomorrow and will be back to my workout DVDs Wednesday. Woo!

Today, I decided to go to Zumba. It was super fun! Then, I took the kids to the park for our homeschool park day/PE class. It's a great time to sit back and relax.

Got on my treadmill this morning and did a 5 mile run.

Carolyn Sloth weeks are great every now and again.

Tonight we are grilling pork chops. I'm so glad because I don't have to cook.

Woo, got back into the swing of things last night with a hockey game. It's a new season but my same team from last season is together again. I'm happy about that; it's a great group of ladies. We were completely trounced last night, 0-5, but it was still fun! I'm fighting allergies though so I'm coughing a lot today.

Today I'll do a workout DVD when Kira goes down for a nap, probably just a short total body workout with light dumbbells.

Glad you are playing hockey again!! Hope your allergies clear up soon. We've really been fighting them here to.

Today I did a DVD called Tonique. Lots of squats and lunges so I'm sure I'll be feeling it tomorrow.

I'm using my crock pot again today. We are making barbeque chicken with some bake beans and some sweet potatoes. both my boys love sweet potatoes so I have been making them alot lately.

Today was Stroller Strides. I'm still coughing so I didn't work as hard as usual...was still a good workout though.

Hope your cough goes away soon. I know for me the cough is always the last thing to get better. Those darn things seem to last forever.

Today was a 50 minute total body weight workout.

Tonight we are grilling out steaks!! My favorite.

Today is just light stretches and general movement. I have hockey games tomorrow, Sunday, and Monday, so I don't want to do a hard workout today.
