This morning I got up and did a 50 minute circuit workout called After Burn. It is one of my favorites, plus I did about 10 minutes of horizontal conditioning. Trying to make up for some of the crap I ate this weekend..lol.

Tonight we are having baked fish with rice and green beans, again trying to make up for this weekend.

Ooh, I've heard good things about After Burn.

I had a hockey game on Saturday night and was a big sloth yesterday.

Today I'm planning on doing a lower body workout.

I've just started running on the treadmill (last week). I'm not fast or pretty but I am running in 1 minute intervals, 3 times a week. Tonight was a running night and leg workout. It was fun!

Dinner was homemade tacos and watermelon (Allison's pick). It was yummy and healthy with whole wheat tortillas and lots of veggies.

Carolyn After Burn is great.

Marjorie, watermelon is a favorite in our household also. Although Cantelope is Jackson's favorite because it is Orange..lol. You are doing awesome with your workouts. It took a while before I was able to run for any amount of time and I started the same way as you, just running in short intervals then walking then running short intervals again. Keep up the good work.

Today was a total body weight workout.

Tonight we are having feta chicken burgers!!

Thanks Melissa! It's kind of hard because my friends/work out buddies all enjoy spin classes and I think they are just short of torture so I work out alone. I've pushed myself outside of my comfort zone and am starting to see some results (I'm down 20 lbs and wearing the smallest clothing since high school!) but I have plenty to go.

Today, I'm doing hill interval training on the treadmill and arm workout.

Dinner is pork chops, mixed veggies, and pasta.

Marjorie your weight loss is awesome!!

This morning was a 50 minute circuit workout called To the Max!! I think I do circuit workouts more than anything else but somedays they are they only kind of workout that I will get my butt out of bed to do.

tonight we are having black beans, salsa and chicken cooked in the crock pot. I just love getting home and having dinner made!

Thanks Melissa! I'm a huge crock pot fan, especially in the summer when I want comfort food (meat loaf, roasts...) but hate turning on the oven. I'll be using the crock pot much more when the school year starts since I'll be back at work.

I took Wednesday night off because James was out of town (unexpectedly) and I didn't have child care. Tonight, I'm running on the treadmill (only 30 minutes) and doing the leg machines. If I get really brave I might try squats tonight. I am terrified to do them because I blew my knee out in high school doing them (and haven't done one since).

Dinner is veggie pasta. It's quick, easy, and soft for my teething and clingy little man!

I accidentally had a rest day today; I had just started a DVD workout with Kira in the room (normally I do the DVD while she's napping but today she napped in the car) and she fell onto the entertainment center and gave herself a nice bump on the eyebrow. Doh!

Hope Kira's okay. Jacob is all the time falling over and bumping his head and most of the time his big brother is the one helping him fall over..lol.

I took a rest day yesterday also. Just too darn lazy to do anything.

This morning I did 5 miles on the treadmill and some abs.

Tonight we are grilling out some steaks with baked sweet potatoes!! Yummy.
