I never had morning sickness with my daughter.... I take that back, I did have some morning sickness in my last trimester but I think that was mainly due to the terrible heartburn.
Anyways, starting yesterday afternoon I have been nauseous non stop. Anybody have some miracle cure to this? Or a tip to feel at least a little better? This is terrible!!

Dr told me to eat frequently, but just little bit at a time. Also keep pretzels or crackers beside your bed and eat a few before you wake up. Anything with ginger (ginger cookies, ginger ale) will help with nausea as well. I find my stomach feels better if there's always something in there, and it's never empty so I try to snack here and there throughout the day.

If you are not able to keep down anything in 24 hours you definitely need to let your doc know though.

Perfect! I have a sleeve of saltines next to my bed, and I eat one or two when I wake up. And I've heard Ginger is a miracle.

What pickle said....but also, there is usually one or two foods that are like trigger foods for feeling good. The trick is to find them.

In my first pregnancy, sour jolly ranchers kept my stomach in place. In my second it was plain noodles with salt.

I ditto the eating frequently. It's tough but sometimes you just have to make yourself eat. Also avoid those foods you are having an aversion to. That is your body's way of telling you that it really doesn't want you to eat it.

I learned my lesson with the eating the hard way. I've only gotten sick once and that was because I waited til noon to eat. Never again! I now have saltines by my bed and eat a few before bed and as soon as I wake up. After my shower I eat oatmeal and a greek yogurt and then I eat my lunch and dinner in two sittings. I also take my prenatal at night since that seems to make me queasy too!

Thanks ladies! Thankfully I have not actually thrown up yet, and I really don't want to! I'll send dh out for some gingerale and saltines. Hopefully nibbling throughout the day will help.... finding something that looks appetizing could be interesting though, lol.
