Maybe eat something soft and runny. That way if you throw it up, it'll come out easier and not stimulate your sicky reflexes too much. If youre sick on an empty tummy it hurts

Edit: Im finding sips of lucozade help. I don't know of its something to do with the sugar, but i did read somewhere that low blood sugar makes sickness worse...

I would try eating something, it's better to be eating, even if it's coming back up. Maybe some yogurt or oatmeal, anything that is already soft good luck hun, I hope you get feeling better.
Agreed, make sure you are eating something, even if you are throwing it back up. I wonder if smoothies would be good for you right now. Also, try eating smaller meals instead of large ones, that may help a bit.

I totally agree with the above. I know it sucks, but that little bean inside you needs some nutrients. Even if you throw up, at least some of the nutrition will make it where it needs to go.
Someone mentioned on another thread about those sea bands. I am going to try those. Maybe get some? Also, do put something in your system as the other ladies said.
