So has anyone ever had a chill you could not get rid of? My feet are so cold and I have no idea why. I have no fever nor any type of pain, just freezing! You would think that it's the middle of winter the way I am dressed and sitting under 2 blankets. do you think this is anything to be worried about? I know hormones go crazy during this time but would love some advice.

Anemia? I've had it all my life and its hard for me to keep warm.

In the beginning, I was always very cold. That lasted until maybe four weeks ago! I would sit on the couch in a sweatshirt and bundled in a blanket next to the fireplace and still felt like I couldn't get warm!

Now I am hot and sweaty all.the.time. lol

Have you ever had your thyroid tested? Being cold all the time is a symptom of hypothyroidism. Easy to test for, and easy to treat.

I'm super cold here too! It's 100+ outside and I've got my heater on under my desk at work. I just can't get warm!
