Does anyone else do this? I started when I got pg with my 2nd and I LOVE it. Mine's just a pretty notebook, 8 1/2 x 6 1/2 where I jot down thoughts, weights, blood test results, symptoms, dr appts etc. I love having the details of my previous pregnancies handy to reference this time around (though of course each pregnancy is different). You could also use a day planner to do the same thing. Anyway I love mine and thought I'd share the idea in case anyone else wanted to do the same! :-)

I'm using countdownmypregnancy.com for my "journal" as well as a place on the TTC #1 Grads Forum.

I'm low tech, no smart phone, so I like having it all on paper in my hands lol. :-)

I never did this before, but I do have a lot of things like blood sugar I need to track, and I do have an ipad that goes everywhere with me. Interesting idea.

I don't have a separate pregnancy journal, but I do keep a regular journal, and have since I was 10. I'm also keeping a sheet with doctor's apt. info on it, like weight, blood pressure, etc.

I've done something different for each kid. For my first I did a digital scrapbook of the pregnancy and first year. For my second I took double exposure photos each week and also wrote him a note each week detailing what was going on. For this baby I'm doing the moleskine baby journal, as well as straightforward weekly belly pictures.

I have a regular day-to-day journal that I use, so that is where I've been keeping track of everything so far. I am thinking of starting a blog for family and friends at around 12 weeks so I can share pics and stuff all in one place.

I did an old fashioned scrapbook with Hannah. I included when I first found out...and how I felt. I included, ultrasounds, milestones, how I was feeling, monthly belly pics (starting at 3 mo) and family get-togethers relating to pregnancy and showers and stuff...oh and a picture from RIGHT after she was born (minutes after). I think I'll do that again. Hmmm, time for a trip to Michael's craft store for a scrapbook and scrappy stuff...

I started one on Wednesday when I got my BFP-- it's a pretty leather-bound, small notebook, and I started by writing a letter to the baby, telling about how excited we are, how we felt, how we found out, etc.. My hope is to continue writing even as our baby grows up and then give it to our child when they're older so that they will always know that they were loved from the first moment we knew they were coming.

I did it with Darcy, but not with Rowan though she has pictures taken from every week of my pregnancy. I'm buying my couple The Belly Book like I did with Darcy so they can have something.

I didn't with my first two, but a couple of months ago I started a "TTC" journal, which will now transform into a pregnancy journal. It stays by my bed and I just write it in at random. I'll be writing more often now, obviously.
