I called doc and asked about getting seen due to cramping and dull ache on right side. They said if it would ease my mind they would see me tomorrow. And that doc would more than likely do ultrasound to verify baby is in right spot. PLEASE LET EVERYTHING BE OKAY.
I'm sure all is well. I guess I am being paranoid.
Am I wrong for going to this appt?
Cramping is super mild just weird. Never felt this when pregnant before
UPDATE: all is good. Baby measuring perfect and in right spot. Heart flickering beautifullu. About 100 bpm. Doc said heart started beating today or yesterday
Thank you. I wasn't this worried with my 1st child. But I never had the ache and such with her. So I guess the 40 dollar co pay is worth peace of mind for me. Cause my 1st "real" prenatal appt isn't until Aug 14th.

A) I hope everything is okay
B) IF it will ease your mind? Like they're doing some kind of favor??? I would think that's something they would want to see you about quickly to make sure everything is okay!
Ya they were fine with saying they would bring me in and see. But I still feel like a moron a bit.
I was honest with her and told her a part of my anxiety is that my appt is so far out, and I'm anxious to see baby. And other part is just worried about cramping/ache.

I totally understand how you feel! I was feeling the same thing (dull ache crampy) on my left side and with my history of ectopic, I called and they said they would see me. I got bloodwork done and an u/s.
I too felt a little foolish. Was I making a mistake? Blowing things out of proportion? In the end I'm glad I went. Now I know it's not ectopic. I'm going again on Monday because I suspect I have a blighted ovum and darn it, I need to know sooner rather than later!
You're not being silly, and you're not the only one who needs their mind eased. I hope your appointment goes well and baby is fine. KUP.
You are not being silly or over reacting in the least. You know your body best and if there is something that feels "off" or "unusual" then I would always contact your Dr and see if they can see you. Glad that they are able to give you an appt and hope that everything turns out well.
Oh, and trust me, there is ALWAYS another pg woman who calls the office more than you! My cousin was one of them, I bet she was calling the office every other day when pg with her first. She constantly thinks something is wrong. Is that called a hypochondriac? If so, she is definitely one!
