I was out for a light walk/jog and at about mile 3 I started cramping bad. I was already walking at that point and wasn't sure I was gonna make it home. I made it and felt a little better. About 10 minutes later I felt something and sure enough, I started bleeding. It hasn't been a lot, but I'm cramping now and then, like severe period cramps.
I know what's happening, I left a message for my OB.
This whole pregnancy has been just off, so this is not really a huge surprise to me. I just knew in my heart something was not right.
I'm doing OK really.
I'm sorry to have to post this, I know I didn't like reading m/c posts when I was pg, but I didn't just want to disappear on you ladies.
I hope I'm the last to leave and you all have a wonderful 9 months and have healthy babies! I'm sure I'll stop and lurk when March gets closer. My best to each and every one of you!
I went in for my ultrasound today at 10am. I got good news and bad. First, baby is fine, heart rate at 140, we saw it flickering. Baby has also grown properly from my last ultrasound on Monday. The bad news: the bleeding is because I have a subchorionic hematoma, the doctor said it was a small one. So I felt so relieved...until I came home and started googling it and all the stories of women losing their babies later in pregnancy because the placenta tears away completely. I'm so scared to go through delivering a stillborn baby because of this.
I go back in one week for another ultrasound. Maybe the hematoma will be gone so I can have peace of mind.
Anyone go through this?
