It was heartbreaking to go to sleep pregnant and wake up with an empty belly, but it feels great to finally have closure. Good luck to all of you.

I am so sorry you had to go through this, I completely know what you are going though (April 30 was mine).
Take care and just know that it does get easier as the hormones go down.

Big hugs to you. I lost my 2nd pregnancy and had a d&c as well. The d&c itself wasn't bad, just the circumstances that were super crappy. But just as I will never forget that baby (I named him Jesse though we never got that far to know what he was) I wouldn't have had my daughter Aurora if that pregnancy had gone through. I cannot imagine life without her. It's awful to lose out on this precious dream, but a whole different path lies open to you as well. *big hugs*

I'm so sorry dear. I hope the recovery process is quick for you. Give your adorable little guy a big hug, my boys have been my savers through this rollercoaster I've been on, thank God for them.

My mom offered to take the miniman on the camping trip we had to miss out on. I have never been away from him for more than four hours! His snuggles are a lifesaver through all of this. He was a little scared of me with the gown, hat, and tubes when I was being prepped for surgery, but he was so happy to see me when I came out.
My miniman is such a blessing even if he is meant to be my only baby. We are so very lucky!

I'm glad that your procedure brought the beginning of closure to this pregnancy. I'm sure it will be a long journey to your heart feeling light again, but I hope that good days are soon to come. You're in my thoughts.
