I'm a teacher. Today I hate it because I hurt so badly with all the pre-planning stuff going on. Next week, I hope will be much better.
Feels like triple time today.

I am a newspaper reporter. I work full-time. I used to love my job back when I was single, but it is a lot of hours and not a lot of pay. Not sure if I will be able to keep up with the stress of a newborn at home. Trying to figure out a WAHM option for when baby gets here.

I would LOVE to WAH, but that's just not happening at this point. I am a HS English teacher...full-time.

Google and look for the blog Baby Making Machine. She's a tv reporter and she manages to do some work from home. She might have some tips.
I'm in school right now and I stay home.

I'm a NICU nurse (neonatal icu). I'm only part time and only work nights. I don't enjoy night shift but it allows me to be home with my DD during the day so she's never gone to daycare. But she will be staring pre school in a few weeks and I think I'm going to be very lonely during the day until this LO joins us.

I work part time with adults with Autism in a home like setting. In general, its just like being at my own house, I cook, clean, help them shower, and put them to bed, then I watch tv! It is super laid back. However, we have one guy who really needs to be transferred out of the house. He can get pretty abusive. If he isn't moved when I get back from vacation next week, I'm going to talk to my supervisor about my options. I just don't feel safe with him, especially once I start getting bigger.

I own a dog walking business and my husband and I run it out of my home. We alternate schedules, so one of us is always with the miniman.

I'm an RN working full time doing private home care and on-call at a nursing home.
But I'm hoping to be moving into one of our local hospitals soon. I've applied for multiple jobs in the last few days so I'm keeping my fingers crossed! I like my current FT job but it doesn't pay as much as hospitals do and my on-call job refused to give me a raise when I went from LPN to RN (as they are doing with anyone who moved up... thank you budget cuts..)

I work part time doing accounting. This is actually my first part time job and it's worked out nicely. I go in very early but I have most of the day to take care of things.

I'm a full time pre-op, post-op surgery RN. I work days, 10 hour shifts...so I have 1 day off a week. I would like to go down to working 3 10 hour shifts after this LO comes

I'm a hustler.
I'm a sahm, but in that time I've done some Wahm things like web design and writing. I'm a writer, but getting pregnant is not helping that paycheck. I can't write pregnant. I don't know why, I just lose all ability and motivation. I need to figure it out.

I'm currently a SAHM but I miss having a paycheck I was previously teaching college math (I have a PhD in Math) so that's something I could always fall back on...but I don't see how it's possible with my DD starting preschool in the fall--she'll be going from 9am-12pm Mon-Th, and no bus transportation. She has lots of medical issues and has spent quite a bit of time in the PICU and I've actually considered going back to school for my RN...but again, don't know how that would be possible with her current schedule and now being pregnant... :-/
