What I am doing...
eating as soon as I get up (usually an apple)
putting Sea Bands on as soon as I get up (in the nausea section of the store)
drinking lemonade or water with lemon in it
I have heard about ginger chews. I'm not sure where to get them in the store, but I know Amazon sells some by The Ginger People.
I still have some moments, but it's not as bad as with my other pregnancies.

Hope u get feeling better soon!!!

I've noticed that frequent eating helps but it's so difficult to do that with so many food aversions. I've found very temporary relief with life saver mints and mint tea. Ginger ale worked for a whole until I began associating it with being sick. I'm at week 10 finally and am starting to feel a little better today.

well i'm on zofran & phenergan, so not much naturally is helping me...but a few things that do:
1) ice water + tiny amount of lemon
2) eating small amounts of whatever sounds decent at that moment - i've been doing ok with fruit & crackers
3) immediately chewing peppermint flavored gum or peppermint flavored mint as soon as i've eaten to clear taste of any food
Good luck to you - i've tried ginger chews in the past and they didn't work for me, but i know a lot of ladies who swear by them so you might want to try those too.

I have to force myself to eat, I feel a little better then. It's ALL the time for me as well. I'm pretty sure it was this bad before, it's just something I forget, kinda like labor!!

I'm sick ALL the time too and it sucks! Nothing is really helping me except soups, sometimes. I take zofran but it's not really helping. I can't wait for this to get better!

I find eating little and often does help a bit. I'm on Zofran and while it does help sometimes it doesn't always keep the nausea and sickness at bay.
